The evolution of the condom breaks into different parts. Being an idea as ancient as the Egyptian civilization large amount of history is available. After listening to such interesting conversation, I decided to mix history and science to provide an insightful and fun research paper. Using as my main topic; the variety of materials used to make condoms.
In the article below, I learned that linen sheath was used to produce some of the first condoms [which caused great amusement yet discomfort in my mind.]and so was leather and animal intestines. It was not only used to protect from diseases- reproduction was a reason as well. Also providing information about the following generation of condoms [latex ones] its benefits and its controversy.

As I sat on the bench waiting patiently for the train to arrive at the station. Two young women approached the bench. One was head of the conversation; curiously dismantling the process a condom goes through before being offered to the public. What was the reason for this conversation you may ask? No one will know. However it's relevance became obvious when I realized how important condoms are.
What interested me the most is the origin of the condom and how it evolved into what it is today. In the following article you will find information on the first existent condoms, the materials used and the impact of the industrial revolution on condoms.
